YOGA

Yoga means "union or joining", possibly referring to the union of the self with one's total consciousness - an ancient philosophy that is believed to come from an area around the Indus Valley in Northern India from as long ago as before 3000BCE.
Yoga is a life science that aims to bring balance between the physical body, the mind and the spirit, to connect action, intelligence and the higher self while bringing physical health and peace of mind through the gentle movement, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation.
