At the beginning of the program, we will go through your full medical and exercise history as well undergo an initial fitness assessment. From there, we develop a workout routine, nutrition and diet plan which will be reviewed and revised to make sure that your body positively and healthily adapts to the exercise to reach your fitness goals as well as to keep the workouts fresh and interesting.
