"I suffered a fractured pelvis, spine, sacrum and had lots of stress hence experienced a lot of pain. Since Jodie has introduced yoga into my personal training sessions, I feel like I had discovered a whole new world without pain and painkillers.
My body can move and operate like a body should while my mind is the clearest it's ever been. My favourite yoga pose that I have learnt is "downward dog" .. sounds funny but feels great ! Follow that pose with the "child pose"... PURE HEAVEN.... even better than eating chocolate !!
